Lead, train, recruit, and retain volunteer group leaders; implement and maintain group placement systems and church database; collaborate with Next Steps team and other campuses to grow sermon-based small group ministry.

Lead and grow the Preteen ministry for 5th–6th graders at an assigned campus: supervise staff and volunteers, develop programs and outreach, coordinate with central Next Gen team, support parents, manage budgeting/staffing/admin, and expand community engagement.

Lead and manage the Next Steps program to connect individuals to spiritual growth and responsibility, oversee guest services and special-event experiences, recruit/train staff and volunteers, develop strategy and systems, manage budgets, and supervise Next Steps, Guest Services, and Groups coordinators.

Lead and implement Jr High and High School ministry at an assigned campus. Oversee staffing, budgeting, volunteer development, student discipleship, outreach to schools and community, coordinate with central Next Gen team, and partner with parents to equip them for spiritual leadership.

Create, publish, and manage social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Film, edit, and prepare short-form videos and graphics, schedule posts, engage with followers, monitor trends, and maintain brand voice and visual consistency while escalating sensitive conversations.

Lead and oversee Jr High and High School ministries at an assigned campus, directing staff and volunteers, developing ministry strategy, partnering with parents, coordinating with central Next Gen team, managing campus student ministry administration and budget, and expanding outreach into schools and the community.

Lead worship at an assigned SVCC campus, recruit/train/mentor volunteer worship teams, lead rehearsals and weekend services, support production prep, provide pastoral care to volunteers and congregation, collaborate with central worship team and rotate campuses as needed.
