Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for SOA-based web services (REST/SOAP). Create test plans/cases, write automation scripts, validate databases, report defects, and collaborate with architects and developers to ensure release quality and testability in an Agile environment.

Define and drive CI build, test, and deployment tools, patterns, and processes across desktop, server, and mobile projects. Oversee multi-tenant Jenkins environments, virtual and physical test targets, network/firewall requirements, and packaging/delivery (SCCM, mobile tooling). Establish Linux CI processes, coordinate with ITS and retailers, and potentially lead an agile engineering team to implement standardized CI/Test automation.

Manage lower-risk technology contracts: review, redline, and negotiate per policy; route and track contract requests and renewals; run document comparisons and prepare contract summaries; coordinate with legal and sourcing partners; monitor vendor performance and contract compliance; report savings and cost avoidance.
