Teams at Sun Solar

Support and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity controls, servers, workstations, mobile devices, cloud systems, and CRM platforms. Provide internal technical support, administer user accounts and permissions, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and manage onboarding and offboarding. Coordinate with technology vendors, support procurement and licensing, maintain IT documentation and assets, and assist with system upgrades and security improvements across multiple locations and remote users.
