Oversee store front-end and back-end operations, including cash handling, cashier performance, eCommerce fulfillment, inventory transfers, freight receiving, markdowns, vendor returns, stockroom organization, compliance, supplies, and associate training. Lead store operations when managers are absent, maintain operational accuracy, and support inventory preparation.

Leads apparel and footwear departments in a retail store, supervising employees, driving sales, delivering customer service, training staff, managing merchandising standards, analyzing performance, supporting payroll and expenses, controlling inventory and cash, and participating in events and community outreach.
