Handle written and verbal customer orders, support eCommerce clerical operations, perform routine accounting clerical tasks, and ensure accurate, timely transaction processing while collaborating with store teams.

Greet and assist customers, provide product expertise, build customer relationships, promote merchandise and specials, support visual merchandising, attend training, and follow cash-handling and loss-prevention standards. Leads the apparel and footwear departments, supervises store operations, develops team members, drives sales and customer service, maintains visual merchandising standards, analyzes performance, supports payroll and expenses, and assists with loss prevention and inventory control. The role also coordinates in-store events, product clinics, community outreach, and communication with store and corporate leadership.
