Lead Apparel and Footwear departments, supervise opening/closing, train and develop staff, drive sales and visual merchandising, analyze store performance, manage payroll and expenses, support loss prevention, run in-store events, and represent the brand in the community.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Manager and team: process store transfers and special orders, maintain databases, assist with finances and compliance, conduct market research, prepare reports and correspondence, oversee office purchasing, and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.

The Softgoods Coordinator will supervise the Apparel and Footwear departments, ensuring excellent customer service, team development, visual merchandising, and achieving sales goals while maintaining operational success.
