Drive regional product profitability and performance analysis for life insurance across Asia. Partner with business units on product strategy and development, maintain dashboards and inventory, perform scenario testing and IFRS 17/VNB analyses, deliver market research and competitor benchmarking, and improve governance and product competitiveness to support margin and strategy decisions.

Design, implement and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and core backend functionality. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, web/mobile engineers and QA to deliver sprints. Monitor and optimize backend performance, ensure security and data protection compliance (OJK, UU PDP), update documentation, participate in architecture and security assessments, and maintain runbooks.

Act as Product Owner for the L3 Sales Hub (SAVANT), owning backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating sprint-based delivery with engineering, QA and design, managing stakeholders across vendors and business channels, overseeing UAT and defect triage, and driving process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality POS feature releases for Agency and Bancassurance channels.
