Lead Asia Employee Relations team advising senior leadership and HR partners on complex employee issues, investigations, restructurings, policy development, compliance with employment legislation, and risk mitigation. Manage stakeholders, develop ER programs and policies, monitor legislative changes, and operationalize HR practices to protect employee experience and business goals.
