Leads the Client Experience Office’s Chief of Staff function, driving strategic execution, executive decision-making, governance, performance management, analytics, reporting, communications, and AI initiative alignment. Partners across enterprise functions to manage priorities, risks, resources, and business outcomes. Supports executive and board forums, develops dashboards and scorecards, and leads a high-performing team focused on transformation, client experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Process end-to-end biweekly payroll for more than 7,000 U.S. employees, including salary, bonus, overtime, deductions, tax, and benefits processing. Reconcile payroll data, maintain employee records, prepare year-end tax forms, support reporting and audits, address payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also contributes to process improvement and month-end and year-end activities.
