The Creative Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various platforms, including graphic design, video editing, and animation. This role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, adhering to brand guidelines, and managing multiple projects efficiently.

Design, train, optimize, and productionize deep learning models for speech/audio and computer vision. Build scalable training pipelines, perform model inference optimization, integrate models into production services, monitor performance, and collaborate with software and product teams to deliver low-latency, reliable ML features.

Lead ideation, market research, and product definition for off-grid solar and energy storage products. Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback, run engineering and technical validation tests, manage pilots, update PRDs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move products from prototype to commercial launch.
