Lead regional sales for solar/grid-tied inverter products in Varanasi, mentor Area Business Managers, generate and convert leads, build channel partnerships, manage customer relationships, and use company sales software to meet growth and targets.

Lead PCB layout design for high-power inverters, micro-inverters, and integrated solar-storage systems. Oversee layouts from schematics to production, create layout standards and libraries, optimize workflows, and collaborate with mechanical, hardware, and manufacturing teams to ensure EMC/ESD/EMI compliance and DFM.

Design, build, and evaluate classical and Bayesian ML models; perform EDA, feature engineering, and data wrangling using Python and SQL; collaborate with engineers to source and validate pipelines; track and communicate model performance; recommend retraining strategies; and produce well-documented, production-ready code and notebooks.
