Develop and operate backend systems using Java, Python, AWS, microservices, databases, queues, and event-driven architectures. Responsibilities include designing scalable services, integrating third-party APIs, improving performance and observability, managing production Docker deployments, conducting incident reviews, writing architecture documentation, mentoring engineers, and owning systems through launch, on-call, and ongoing optimization. The role also requires daily use and review of AI-assisted coding tools.

Leads process excellence across warehousing, inventory, procurement, and logistics. Reviews workflows, identifies root causes, develops SOPs and process maps, strengthens operational controls, and implements scalable improvements. Uses operational data to build dashboards, track KPIs, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with operations, finance, and technical teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, cycle times, compliance, and adoption of sustainable process improvements.

Leads Data Desk operations by triaging requests, monitoring SLAs, reviewing SQL and BI logic, automating recurring work, building self-service dashboards, and mentoring junior analysts. Manages stand-ups, one-on-ones, onboarding, quality standards, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring accurate, governed data outputs.
