Leads the full HR agenda across five Southern African markets, managing in-country HR teams and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning, performance, employee relations, compliance, payroll, analytics, talent planning, and offboarding. The role requires strong employment-law knowledge, multi-country HR operations experience, and support for distributed field-based workforces. Based in Lusaka, the HR Lead will collaborate with regional stakeholders and travel regularly across the region.

Coordinates sales, collections, distribution, and field operations for PAYG solar products in an assigned area. Recruits, trains, and manages Field Sales Executives; monitors productivity, customer service, inventory, and payment collection; conducts market visits; resolves customer and agent issues; ensures compliance with sales processes; and tracks market trends and expansion opportunities.

Lead regional talent acquisition across South Africa, Mozambique, and Zambia. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategy, managing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring local compliance, advising stakeholders, strengthening employer brand, promoting inclusive hiring, managing vendors and budgets, improving candidate experience, optimizing ATS processes, and reporting recruitment metrics. The role requires multi-market recruitment expertise, labor-law knowledge, and the ability to hire technical and non-technical talent across diverse markets.
