Build and manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps CI/CD pipelines, data stores, observability systems, and incident response processes. The role supports multiple engineering and data teams, including managing MongoDB and Elasticsearch clusters, Grafana and Prometheus monitoring, IAM services, and scalable, highly available cloud-native systems.

Processes purchase orders, invoices, expense forms, and payment requests; reconciles bank accounts and financial records; assigns expenses to accounts and cost centers; maintains organized accounting documentation; and prepares payments. The role requires a Finance or Accounting degree, strong data entry and reconciliation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, integrity, communication, organization, and the ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Executes trade marketing, retail visibility, field activations, merchandising, customer engagement, and localized campaigns across Maputo. The role audits retail standards, coordinates marketing materials and events, gathers customer and agent insights, supports frontline teams, tracks campaign performance, manages marketing assets, and provides regular reports and recommendations to improve acquisition, customer experience, and commercial results.
