The role is responsible for sales targets, employee development, scheduling, operational standards, reporting, store launches, cash handling, and employee engagement across a broad region.

Oversee sales, operations, staffing, compliance, and performance across multiple retail districts. Coach Cluster Managers, District Managers, and Area Directors; drive sales initiatives, monitor store execution, support hiring and training, review reports, manage events, and conduct regular store visits. The role requires local and occasional overnight travel, flexible scheduling, and hands-on leadership across retail locations.

Oversees multiple wireless retail locations and Store Managers, driving sales, customer service, merchandising, operational compliance, inventory accuracy, staffing, training, and expense control. Coaches teams, conducts performance reviews, supports hiring, communicates company and carrier initiatives, audits procedures, monitors schedules and reporting, and coordinates store openings or closures. Requires extensive travel, bilingual communication capability, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
