Lead the nursing department, ensuring safe, therapeutic patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee nursing performance improvement, staffing, budgets, education, CPOE/EMR usage, medication management, crisis intervention, and collaboration with hospital leadership and medical staff.

Develop and implement facility business development and marketing plans through market research, analysis, and financial feasibility studies. Support new and existing programs, represent the facility to stakeholders, collaborate across departments, participate in CQI, and maintain compliance and safety.

Provide on-site psychiatric and substance-use crisis assessments in school settings, determine level of care using DSM criteria, complete required screenings and documentation, coordinate with physicians and community resources, follow EMTALA/HIPAA and local involuntary hospitalization laws, and participate in safety, teamwork, and quality initiatives.
