Administer accurate, timely full-cycle biweekly payroll across multiple U.S. states. Process employee changes, off-cycle payments, direct deposit issues, year-end W-2 activities, reconciliations, audits, reports, and payroll documentation. Support employees and managers, manage the shared payroll inbox, research discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and assist with payroll projects, process improvements, and system initiatives.

Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues through phone, email, chat, and social media. Researches concerns, provides resolutions, applies retention strategies, escalates issues when needed, maintains CRM records, collaborates on customer escalations, and identifies root causes. Requires strong written and verbal communication, customer service experience, remote call center experience, CRM and telephony familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Automotive experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Manages the strategy, design, modeling, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs, including bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, and spiffs. Partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and leadership to build financially sound plans, analyze performance and ROI, ensure accurate payouts, improve workflows, maintain compliance, and communicate compensation programs effectively.
