Drive leadership cadence, partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance, use data and AI tools to scale people operations, and advise on organisational health, succession and effectiveness.

Lead end-to-end product for SumUp's merchant super app and web dashboard. Drive activation, upsell, retention, and design system evolution. Improve platform developer experience, manage stakeholders, run product discovery and research, and define strategy to scale merchant engagement globally.

Lead merchant- and cardholder-facing product initiatives for Sell Online (Payment Links, Online Store, Invoices, Bookings, Gift Cards, Order & Pay). Drive growth via experimentation, A/B testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; localize global products for Brazil and partner with design, research, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
