Support French-speaking merchants during onboarding, guide product setup and activation, encourage first transactions and early adoption, monitor inactive users, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with sales teams. The role also handles inbound support escalations and requires fluent French and English communication in an onsite, fast-paced startup environment.

Own end-to-end revenue and customer acquisition budget planning for acquisition channels. Build scalable financial models, run scenario analyses, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders. Act as primary finance business partner to channel leads, perform deep-dive analyses by country/category/channel, create business cases and product-level forecasts, help migrate planning to scalable tools, and mentor an intern/analyst.

Design and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure and production EKS clusters at scale. Own platform reliability, performance tuning, service mesh implementation, security and compliance initiatives, CI/CD automation, incident improvements, and developer experience. Participate in on-call rotations, contribute to technical designs, and mentor engineers across the team.
