Support affiliate partner research, onboarding, activation, offer and content maintenance, asset and tracking requests, performance reporting, and campaign coordination. The intern will collaborate with agencies, designers, and content teams while gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing, online customer journeys, campaign KPIs, and affiliate channel management.

Lead trade marketing strategy for Italy, driving sell-out across major retail accounts and partner stores. Manage a 15-person field team, coordinate promotional plans and product launches, monitor in-store execution, collaborate on localized campaigns, and oversee the external field agency relationship. The role combines strategic planning, retail execution, project management, and people coordination in an office-first Milan environment.

Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to analyze customer behaviour and product performance using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses; define and monitor KPIs; design and analyze A/B tests; build dashboards and reports; surface trends and recommendations; and apply AI/ML (including LLM-assisted) techniques to speed insight generation and measurement.
