Monitor payment approval and acceptance KPIs, investigate transaction-processing incidents, manage processor and scheme relationships, validate invoices, support payment capability rollouts, document processing workflows, and identify cost and merchant-experience improvements through data analysis.

Design and own CRM communications across email, in-app messages, banners, and landing pages. Build and maintain Figma templates, components, and visual asset libraries. Translate brand guidelines into CRM channels, act as quality gate on campaigns, collaborate with content and strategy teams, manage multiple concurrent requests, and propose improvements to CRM design language.

Lead SumUp’s global KYC strategy and framework across regulated products and markets. Own PEP and sanctions screening tools and controls, develop customer risk-scoring methodologies, and oversee remediation from reviews, regulatory changes, and escalated cases. Partner with AML Operations, Onboarding, and product teams to implement scalable compliance processes. Provide expert judgment on complex KYC and AML matters while balancing regulatory obligations with commercial growth.
