Serves as the primary technical resource for ANZ accounts, partnering with sales teams to understand customer needs, present solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and lead technical Proof of Value evaluations. Designs solutions across security and observability use cases, supports complex opportunity closure, and engages stakeholders from executives to developers. Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering to improve the Sumo Logic platform and customer outcomes.

Serve as the primary technical resource for Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Present and demonstrate Sumo Logic, lead technical evaluations and Proof of Value trials, understand customer requirements, design solutions, and technically close complex opportunities. Build relationships with executives, developers, and SREs while partnering with Product Management and Engineering to improve the platform and customer outcomes.

Lead reliability for product-area microservices: define and execute reliability roadmaps, manage SLOs, reduce operational toil via automation, participate in on-call, run RCA and incident coordination, mentor hires, and improve security and efficiency across cloud-native systems.
