Conduct fundamental equity research across sectors, source and pitch investment ideas, build financial and valuation models, and provide buy or sell recommendations. Monitor portfolio holdings, evaluate thesis changes, write investment memos, and communicate investment views to the team, advisors, and clients. Develop relationships with company management and industry contacts while contributing to client communications and collaborative research review.

Client-facing advisor-in-training managing a book of clients (<$1M AUM), delivering financial planning support, preparing meeting materials, executing follow-ups, driving relationship growth and referrals, and progressing toward full Financial Advisor responsibilities and CFP certification.

Serve as primary advisor for high‑net‑worth clients, creating and delivering comprehensive financial plans across investments, tax, equity compensation, estate, and retirement. Lead client meetings, coordinate with portfolio management, tax and estate professionals, manage a book of typically <100 households, and drive organic growth via referrals, COIs, and business development.
