Supports legal operations with primary ownership of the company’s CLM system, including workflow configuration, contract records, training, reporting, and process optimization. Reviews and manages agreements, supports due diligence and litigation, coordinates with counsel, and partners cross-functionally across the business. The role also assists with contract lifecycle management, data rooms, discovery, legal technology, and operational metrics.

Supports annual planning, quarterly forecasting, long-range modeling, monthly financial reporting, and variance analysis for CMC, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs. Analyzes COGS, purchasing forecasts, contracts, accruals, cost drivers, and savings opportunities. Partners with Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and functional leaders to improve financial processes, reporting transparency, and standard product cost analysis while providing insights for executive decision-making.

Drafts and negotiates clinical trial collaboration, clinical, research, supply, vendor, financing, and other commercial agreements for a biopharmaceutical company. Partners with business and scientific teams, manages legal risks, supervises attorneys and paralegals, supports due diligence, develops contract templates, advises on compliance, and provides contracting training.
