Provides clinical and operational leadership for a small inpatient hospital unit. Leads shifts, delivers direct patient care, supervises RN and CNA staff, manages scheduling and coverage, supports onboarding and competencies, coordinates dietary regulatory compliance, monitors quality and safety, facilitates patient communication and discharge, and participates in hiring. The role includes on-call coverage for unfilled RN shifts and requires evening or weekend availability.

Provides circulating nursing care in the operating room for patients from pediatric through geriatric populations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, positioning, surgical asepsis, medication administration, specimen handling, room preparation, emergency response, documentation, patient education, and coordination of surgical care. Requires Kansas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS or willingness to obtain it, computer proficiency, and at least one year of nursing experience. Operating room experience is preferred.
