Manage inbound commercial insurance leads through qualification, quoting, advising, proposal, and policy binding. Build trust with small business owners, identify coverage needs, gather underwriting information, maintain accurate CRM records, meet new-business sales targets, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with underwriting, product, and marketing teams while developing specialized commercial insurance expertise.

Proactively generate and qualify outbound commercial insurance leads through cold calling, networking, research, and social media. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot CRM records, collaborate closely with sales team for smooth lead handoffs, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
