Owns the firm’s trading risk management framework and daily operations, including exposure analysis, capital-at-risk assessment, limits, desk oversight, stress testing, regulatory controls, and breach escalation. Builds risk analyses, dashboards, and reporting; partners with engineers to implement pre-trade controls, monitoring, alerts, and escalation mechanisms. Reviews new strategies and trading changes while collaborating with traders, quantitative researchers, compliance, operations, and leadership.

Design, own, and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure supporting real-time data processing, order execution, market data, and strategy implementation. Build fault-tolerant systems, execution logic, venue gateways, test harnesses, and data-analysis pipelines. Partner with quantitative researchers and traders while making architectural decisions, applying modern C++ practices, and supporting systems from design through production. The role requires onsite collaboration four days per week.
