Provides on-site IT support at a distribution center, resolving end-user tickets and maintaining PCs, printers, network equipment, telecommunications, warehouse labeling and conveyor systems, and physical security technology. Responsibilities include equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and cross-department technical assistance. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of hands-on desktop hardware and Microsoft Windows experience. An associate or technical degree and industry certifications are preferred.

The DevOps Engineer supports software development teams across development platforms, compilation, deployment, monitoring, and the SDLC. Responsibilities include managing deployments, creating release structures, maintaining CI/CD processes, facilitating development and infrastructure team communication, researching new technologies, developing proofs of concept, and documenting systems and processes. The role requires enterprise IT engineering experience, systems administration knowledge, monitoring expertise, and familiarity with automation, containers, testing, and version control.
