Provide hands-on IT support: install and maintain PCs, networking equipment, printers, servers and backups; support telecommunication devices; maintain conveyor labeling systems and Accu-Sort scanners; manage building security systems (cameras, DVRs, badge system); assist with special events and facilities troubleshooting.

Build and maintain web-based e-commerce applications using C#/.NET and ASP.NET MVC. Work in Visual Studio with Git, unit and integration testing, and a build server. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement features, ensure code quality, and support company growth. Preferred experience includes .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript frameworks, ORMs, and MAUI.

Responsible for maintaining PC/network equipment, telecommunication systems, automated labeling systems, security systems, and supporting company events.
