The role begins fully on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule requiring at least three on-site days weekly. Candidates must reside in Ohio.

Provides on-site IT support at a distribution center, resolving end-user tickets and maintaining PCs, printers, network equipment, telecommunications, warehouse labeling and conveyor systems, and physical security technology. Responsibilities include equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and cross-department technical assistance. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of hands-on desktop hardware and Microsoft Windows experience. An associate or technical degree and industry certifications are preferred.
