The Associate will conduct research, source investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and manage portfolio relationships in a dynamic investment team.

Support the Talent team in executive search execution, pre-deal talent diligence, portfolio monitoring, and market intelligence. Manage candidate pipelines, synthesize interview feedback, track executive performance, build networks, and improve talent data, systems, and processes to drive data-driven hiring and portfolio talent decisions.
