Generates and closes B2B sales for fire protection, alarm, suppression, CCTV, and related services across new construction, renovations, retrofits, and service projects. Responsibilities include lead generation, proposal development, customer relationship management, contract acquisition, stakeholder coordination, and support for project management, accounting, and marketing activities. Requires frequent regional travel, strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Installs, troubleshoots, services, programs, and repairs low-voltage networking, audio/video, access control, and security systems. Uses test equipment and software to diagnose faults, replace components, document work orders, track materials and labor, and communicate with customers. Maintains company vehicles, follows safety procedures, supports emergency on-call service, stays current through training, and mentors service technician trainees. The role requires frequent local travel, physical work at heights and outdoors, and compliance with safety and screening requirements.
