Teams at Summit Federal Credit Union

Manages mortgage sales and first-mortgage originations, including production goals, Mortgage Loan Originator recruitment, training, coaching, compliance, and member experience. Oversees mortgage policies, procedures, pricing strategies, and staff development while collaborating with lending and branch teams. Represents the credit union in the community, builds professional networks, supports new products and programs, and ensures adherence to lending regulations and organizational standards.

Supports daily HR operations, including HRIS administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits support, leave administration, audits, employee inquiries, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives. Maintains confidential documentation, processes employee changes in ADP and retirement systems, coordinates orientations, supports compliance requirements, and assists with HR communications, wellness programs, events, and administrative workflows.
