Manages accounts receivable collections and reconciliation for acquired businesses and portfolios. Reviews aging reports, prioritizes accounts, contacts customers regarding unpaid invoices, resolves billing and payment discrepancies, maintains ERP/CRM records, and collaborates with acquisition, legal, and finance teams. Escalates delinquent accounts, supports acquisition meetings, and contributes to accurate financial reporting during transitions.

Supervises daily help desk operations, leads and trains technicians, manages ticketing workflows and escalations, monitors SLAs and performance metrics, administers help desk systems, and coordinates with IT teams to resolve technical issues. The role also oversees hardware and software inventory, license administration, policy compliance, procedure improvements, staff performance, and end-user support for field and home-office personnel.

Leads hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP configuration, troubleshooting, cross-module solution architecture, quarterly update readiness, and technical debt reduction across Financials, Accounting, Inventory/SCM, and Projects. The role builds internal Oracle capabilities through knowledge transfer, team development, consultant oversight, stakeholder communication, and roadmap planning. It also supports integrations, executive reporting, and responsible use of AI tools.
