Fully remote, commission-based sales role contacting inbound leads, presenting mortgage protection and retirement-focused insurance options, managing ~10-15 families weekly, building rapport, closing policies, and developing into mentor/leader roles. Ongoing training, one-on-one mentorship, and licensing assistance provided.
