Design and lead lighting and power systems for renovation projects: perform field surveys, prepare construction documents, code analyses, calculations, equipment selections, specifications, coordinate with contractors, present technical reports, and assist project management while traveling occasionally.

Lead mechanical design and manage renovation HVAC/ plumbing projects. Perform field surveys, code analysis, calculations, equipment selection, construction administration, client coordination, staff mentoring, and business development for government and institutional clients.

Manage projects and client relationships, perform field surveys, code analysis, calculations, equipment selection, specifications, mentor junior staff, and support business development. Travel for site access and field surveys as needed.
