Conduct quarterly data audits, respond to payment and reconciliation inquiries, and support month-end collections. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Support to maintain accurate systems of record and smooth customer onboarding.

Own Suki’s growth product strategy by defining activation, engagement, and retention metrics; analyzing funnels; building dashboards; instrumenting events; designing experiments; and translating insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
