Provides confidential, proactive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manages complex calendars, executive meetings, Board-related logistics, travel coordination, communications, briefing materials, filing systems, and follow-ups. Serves as a trusted gatekeeper and central coordinator for executive operations, supports administrative projects and process improvements, and oversees one direct report. Requires sound judgment, discretion, executive presence, strong organization, and adaptability.

Leads Operations Finance for a vertically integrated supply chain, overseeing product costing, COGS forecasting, inventory, variance analysis, cost savings, capital investment evaluation, and working capital optimization. Partners with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, accounting, and executive leadership to improve margins and manage financial risks. Builds and develops the finance team, strengthens costing controls and systems, and presents performance and recommendations to senior executives and the Board.
