Lead brand creative and communications strategy across PR, social, influencer, experiential, and creative asset production. Oversee in-house and agency teams, optimize creative operations and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals while building influencer capability and maintaining brand standards.

Collects and reviews manufacturing batch tickets and production records, verifies and completes NetSuite transactions, maintains SOPs, assists training, resolves component availability issues, and supports manufacturing reporting while adhering to GMP/HACCP and safety procedures.
