The FP&A Data Analyst will enhance financial reporting, automate processes, bridge data across systems, and develop insightful dashboards while collaborating with finance and engineering teams.

Own the Customer Operations systems roadmap and act as product owner for Salesforce. Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of automation, self-service, and telephony platforms. Plan and execute large-scale implementations and migrations with minimal disruption. Ensure integrations support performance metrics (CSAT, response times, efficiency) and partner with leadership, IT, Data, and vendors to deliver resilient, scalable systems.
