Support the evolution of Suitsupply’s Custom-Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce. Collaborate with retail teams, Style Advisors, stakeholders, and engineers to identify workflow friction, define product improvements, monitor KPIs, write user stories, manage the backlog, run sprint reviews, and coordinate Agile releases. The role focuses on configuration logic, UI/UX, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Product Management experience is not required; onboarding and guidance are provided.

Own the technical vision and architecture for a global Shopify Hydrogen headless storefront. Lead a frontend engineering team, make architectural and technology decisions, manage integrations (Shopify APIs, UI Extensions, Sanity CMS, payments/logistics), define testing strategy, and drive performance, accessibility, security, and platform scalability across markets.

The Manager Finance Operations leads global accounting and financial operations, driving process improvement, automation, and team development while overseeing finance infrastructure across 100+ stores.
