Coordinates garment quality inspections across factories, maintains inspection schedules and reporting trackers, prepares inspector briefs, and follows up on quality issues. Leads in-office fittings, compiles supplier scorecards, gathers store feedback, supports factory onboarding, and tracks corrective actions. The role partners with Buying, stores, factory inspectors, and suppliers to prevent production delays and maintain garment quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.

Support the evolution of Suitsupply’s Custom-Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce. Collaborate with retail teams, Style Advisors, stakeholders, and engineers to identify workflow friction, define product improvements, monitor KPIs, write user stories, manage the backlog, run sprint reviews, and coordinate Agile releases. The role focuses on configuration logic, UI/UX, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Product Management experience is not required; onboarding and guidance are provided.

The Financial Controller manages month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations across multiple jurisdictions. The role also drives accounting process improvements, automation, reporting accuracy, and compliance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP while partnering with finance teams, management, auditors, and external advisors.
