Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online: record and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage AP/AR, process invoices and expenses, assist month-end close and reporting, keep organized documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and support ad hoc finance tasks. Independent contractor role aligned with US Pacific business hours (11pm-8am PHT).

Support GTM activities including outbound prospecting, account research, CRM upkeep (Salesforce), partnership tracking with cloud providers, market and competitive research, event logistics, and creating sales enablement materials. Work cross-functionally on live deals to directly impact pipeline and revenue.

Own quality across a SaaS platform through manual and automated testing. Design and execute test plans, validate cloud marketplace and CRM integrations, build automated test suites integrated into CI/CD, triage and document bugs, and sign off releases while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Support.
