The FP&A Manager owns financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario analysis, financial modeling, and decision support. They partner with business leaders on headcount, expenses, investments, and performance management; analyze business drivers and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities; and provide executive recommendations. The role also supports monthly close alignment with Accounting and requires building scalable models in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for key B2B SaaS accounts, building executive relationships, driving adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Use customer data and analytics to monitor account health, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and deliver tailored success strategies. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams while advocating for customer needs and influencing product and marketing direction.

Leads the business systems and integration team, owning CRM platforms, portals, data models, integration architecture, governance, automation, and delivery operations. Establishes system-of-record standards, integration monitoring, documentation, demand management, capacity planning, and a 12-month roadmap. The role also drives AI-enabled workflows and operational improvements while developing a tenured team and modernizing fragmented enterprise systems in a SaaS environment.
