Ensures product, process, laboratory, and data quality through QA/QC plans, inspections, testing, statistical analysis, root cause investigations, corrective actions, audits, and quality-system documentation. Maintains compliance with GMP+, SFSF, Kosher, safety, and organizational standards. Coordinates laboratory activities, prepares agricultural and manufacturing reports, manages quality records, supports continuous improvement, and may schedule, train, and guide assigned personnel.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, safety training, employee inquiries, benefits administration, timekeeping, personnel records, compliance, workers’ compensation reporting, HRIS accuracy, workforce reporting, and audit preparation. The role also tracks certifications, coordinates training, supports employee development, and ensures adherence to labor and safety regulations.

Sets up and operates lathes, mills, and CNC machines to manufacture and repair complex industrial parts. Reads blueprints, interprets tolerances, inspects finished components, maintains and troubleshoots equipment, and follows safety protocols. Works with minimal supervision and may train or coordinate lower-level machinists. Requires precise measurement, machining expertise, equipment maintenance, and the ability to guide assigned staff.
