Assess nutritional needs and develop/implement regular and therapeutic diets for seniors, WIC participants, and patients. Monitor meal programs for compliance, approve menus, provide nutrition education and in-service training, document care in medical records, and oversee food service staff and budget data.

Coordinate daily operations of the DWI Alternative Facility, ensuring program components comply with Suffolk County and New York State mandates. Oversee staff scheduling, safety and security, interagency coordination, reporting to county and state authorities, budget and office procedures, and promote alternative correctional practices while supervising project activities.

Assist pathologist during autopsies by preparing bodies and instruments, eviscerating and removing organs, incising skull and removing brain, cleaning and restoring bodies, maintaining morgue and instruments, handling specimen containers, and releasing bodies to morticians. Requires weekend/holiday flexibility.
