Builds relationships with elected officials and public-sector stakeholders, influences policy and procurement developments, advises executives on political and regulatory matters, manages lobbyists and consultants, supports crisis response, and oversees PAC strategy and compliance.

Leads Suffolk’s enterprise Oracle transformation portfolio, with primary responsibility for Oracle HCM implementation, go-live, stabilization, and transition to operations. Coordinates business, technology, implementation partners, and executives across scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, budgets, and readiness. Develops Oracle roadmaps, supports future Finance and Accounting transformation, manages vendors, and establishes sustainable product ownership and governance.

Administers, supports, maintains, and optimizes Oracle HCM Cloud across HR modules. Supports implementation and post-go-live activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, testing, deployment, issue resolution, security, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements. Partners with HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality, employee experience, and operational support.
