Supports the CEO and founding team across M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, buyer research, seller and buyer communications, diligence coordination, deal materials, pipeline management, and transaction follow-ups. The intern also improves AI-enabled workflows, translates deal-team needs into product requirements, and leads focused cross-functional projects to make M&A processes more efficient and scalable.

Lead end-to-end sell-side M&A transactions for small and mid-market businesses, from origination and valuation through diligence, negotiation, and closing. Build trust with business owners, convert warm leads into mandates, manage buyer relationships, and run competitive sale processes. Collaborate with engineering to improve AI-powered valuation, CIM, buyer-sourcing, and diligence tools while helping establish the firm's advisory playbook and train internal AI products.
