Assist with arena operations, hockey programming, staff and coach recruitment and development, scheduling, budgeting, program planning, customer service, and on-ice instruction. The role supports daily facility operations and helps create positive experiences for athletes, families, coaches, and guests while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Welcomes arena guests, checks in participants, processes admissions and rentals through a point-of-sale system, answers questions, handles basic administrative records, maintains the front desk, and supports arena programs, tournaments, and events.
