Originate and close enterprise engagements, define customer priorities, build qualified pipeline, develop pilots, negotiate contracts, and create repeatable renewal and expansion revenue. Establish partnerships with consultancies, agencies, research firms, data providers, and enterprise platforms while aligning customer commitments with product and delivery capacity. The role is founder-level, in-person in New York City, and carries significant financial risk.

Leads product design strategy for a complex business decision simulator. Responsibilities include customer research, interaction and visual design, evidence visualization, design systems, experimentation workflows, accessibility, prototyping, design hiring, and functional planning. The role works closely with founders, engineering, and research to make uncertainty and analytical methods understandable to customers.
