Processes high-volume vendor invoices in Oracle, verifies accounting codes and approvals, reconciles payment records, resolves invoice discrepancies, and audits monthly travel and expense reports. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, and employees to ensure timely, accurate, policy-compliant payments. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and integrity, with occasional overtime during high-volume periods and month-end closings.

Plans, coordinates, and directs manufacturing or facilities projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, personnel, subcontractors, equipment installation, maintenance, and stakeholder updates. Provides technical guidance on mechanical systems and facility operations, troubleshoots issues, improves reliability, and supports supply-chain purchasing decisions. Requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and clean room operations, plus the ability to interpret engineering drawings and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Manages undersea geospatial database systems and GIS solutions supporting subsea cable planning, installation, repair, maintenance, and deconfliction. Engineers cable systems, delivers customer presentations, trains and mentors direct reports, and coordinates technical support across departments. Requires strong ESRI, ArcGIS, Makai Plan, and Makai Plan Pro skills, at least eight years of undersea cable experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and 20% international travel.
