Own post-sale relationships for enterprise construction customers, driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as primary customer advocate, run on-site business reviews and trainings, track account health, forecast renewals, and develop repeatable enterprise CS playbooks. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities.

Own post-sale relationships for large enterprise construction customers: lead onboarding, drive adoption, manage renewals and expansion, run onsite QBRs and trainings (25-35% travel), advocate customer needs to Product/Engineering, forecast retention, track account health, and create repeatable enterprise CS playbooks.

Support Enterprise CSMs by preparing account materials, tracking action items, coordinating internal teams, monitoring usage/adoption, assisting onboarding/training, and traveling with CSMs to support meetings and business reviews.
