Leads human resources strategy across two manufacturing sites, partnering with plant leaders on employee engagement, recruitment, labor relations, leadership coaching, policies, compliance, and team management. The role supports union and non-union employees, develops workforce strategies, cultivates workplace culture, and serves on the plant leadership team.

Designs, develops, tests, and implements data analyses, reports, and visualizations. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions, builds relational/dimensional data models, identifies data patterns and quality issues, deploys changes via CI/CD, and mentors peers.

Oversee 2-3 3PL personnel and manage end-to-end material flow including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, SAP shipping documentation, KPI ownership, and cross-functional coordination with Sales and Supply Chain Planning to ensure on-time fulfillment.
