Designs, configures, develops, implements, and supports Oracle BigMachines CPQ solutions. Responsibilities include product configuration and rules, commerce processes, pricing, document engine functionality, data migration, custom development, and CRM/ERP integrations through web services and connectors. The role owns functional specifications, technical designs, service requests, incidents, issue resolution, customer communication, and coordination between business and support teams.

Leads end-to-end Oracle Fusion CX architecture for a Salesforce migration, covering functional design, integrations, data migration, security, analytics, testing, cutover, and delivery governance. Coordinates Oracle CX workstreams across Sales, CPQ, Contracts, Subscription Management, Service, CDM, and Eloqua while protecting system-of-record boundaries. Facilitates workshops, reviews designs, manages dependencies and risks, supports SIT/UAT, and communicates decisions to executives, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Configure and administer Oracle CPQ solutions, including product configuration, rules, data tables, Commerce Document Engine, ABO, BOM, and BML. Elicit business needs from Sales, Marketing, and Service teams, translate requirements into system solutions, improve processes, and contribute to CRM technical roadmaps. The role also requires Agile tool experience and collaboration within a growing customer experience and digital transformation consulting practice.
