Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications, design and deliver production Python code, own parts of the product portfolio, collaborate with PMs/BAs and engineers, improve architecture, drive testing and best practices (TDD, automated tests), and consider non-functional requirements like performance and security.

Work on data validation and regulatory submission systems: translate regulatory requirements into code (SQL, Python), build automation tools for validation/submission, participate in code reviews, technical design, and collaborate with regulatory experts and senior engineers.

Lead the Projects engineering stream delivering RegTech solutions to clients. Manage ~15 engineers across delivery pods, oversee intake, capacity planning, delivery risk, stakeholder alignment, and people development. Define progression, embed processes, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership on resourcing and hiring.
