Lead budgeting, forecasting, advanced financial modeling, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Prepare executive reporting for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Analyze margins, inventory valuation, and operational KPIs; improve reporting systems, ERP processes, and internal controls to drive performance and scalable reporting solutions.

Partner with plant and operations leadership to manage cost control, standard costing, inventory valuation, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, capital investment evaluation, and ERP reporting improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Drive territory growth by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects through in-person calls, market planning, CRM tracking, product training, and cross-team issue resolution. Regular overnight travel within the assigned Western NC / Eastern TN territory is required.
