Lead and scale the inside sales organization to drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value. Own inside sales strategy, KPIs, and hybrid alignment with field sales. Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams, implement enablement and performance frameworks, and optimize customer lifecycle, upsell/cross-sell, and service operations to improve conversion, order accuracy, and customer experience.

Drives profitable territory sales growth through in-person account management, prospecting, relationship building, territory planning, and closing opportunities. Develops customer and market knowledge, maintains sales activity records, supports account setup, coordinates issue resolution across internal departments, contributes to forecasts, and attends trade shows and industry events. Requires regular overnight travel to maximize territory coverage.
