Drive territory growth by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects through in-person calls, market planning, CRM tracking, product training, and cross-team issue resolution. Regular overnight travel within the assigned Western NC / Eastern TN territory is required.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, advanced financial modeling, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Prepare executive reporting for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Analyze margins, inventory valuation, and operational KPIs; improve reporting systems, ERP processes, and internal controls to drive performance and scalable reporting solutions.

Lead and scale the inside sales organization to drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value. Own inside sales strategy, KPIs, and hybrid alignment with field sales. Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams, implement enablement and performance frameworks, and optimize customer lifecycle, upsell/cross-sell, and service operations to improve conversion, order accuracy, and customer experience.
