Provides traffic engineering and design services for transportation projects, including signal design, ITS, signal timing, illumination, ADA design, signing, pavement marking, traffic studies, simulation modeling, capacity and safety analysis, and parking studies. Develops plans, specifications, estimates, reports, and presentations; verifies engineering compliance; collaborates across project teams; and mentors junior staff.

Leads complex multidisciplinary building projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, staffing, risks, quality, and client relationships while coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and agencies. Oversees construction-phase issues, QA/QC, stakeholder communication, financial performance, proposals, and business development. Provides executive-level leadership, mentors project managers and technical staff, and supports successful project delivery across multiple priorities.

Provide electrical engineering design and post-design support for buildings and facilities projects, assist electrical lead with proposals and budgets, mentor junior engineers, ensure code compliance, and support Revit/AutoCAD design workflows for public and private clients including transit, municipal, maintenance, and solar/DER projects.
