Provides administrative support in a high-volume dermatology clinic, assisting clinical and administrative staff with patient charging, abstracting, insurance referrals, physician appointment scheduling, and schedule management. Requires strong communication, organization, referral-process knowledge, and prior physician-practice or clinic experience. The temporary role may require floating to other practice locations with mileage reimbursement.

Performs routine, portable, specialized, operating-room, pain-clinic, fluoroscopy, and C-arm radiologic procedures under Radiologist supervision. Handles patient transfers, maintains equipment proficiency, follows established protocols, and covers on-call, holiday, and weekend shifts. Requires ARRT certification, Massachusetts radiology licensure, an associate degree, and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience.

Operates and maintains high-pressure steam boilers, boiler auxiliaries, and chiller plant equipment. Provides Facilities department coverage during nights, weekends, holidays, and staff vacations, serving as the initial facilities contact. Works day shifts with other trades when coverage is unavailable. Requires a Massachusetts Second Class Fireman License, strong communication skills, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
