Leads multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through closeout across clinical systems, business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital health. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and success measures; coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; manages governance, change control, reporting, testing, implementation, operational handoff, and compliance. Supports IT portfolio intake, demand management, governance committees, and enterprise service requests.

Prepares journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements, budget-to-actual analyses, grant and investment tracking, affiliate billings, and audit workpapers. Supports treasury activities, tax filings, restricted fund accounting, and month-end close processes for healthcare-affiliated organizations. Communicates financial discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and assists with compliance and reporting while collaborating with departments, auditors, and associated entities.

Provides onsite hardware and software support to hospital staff, manages IT tickets, troubleshoots Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, deploys and maintains technology, updates support documentation and IT databases, and assists with IT projects. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills, with occasional on-call coverage.
