Creates and revises SDS/2 models, structural steel drawings, and submittal packages for stadium seating, press box, and structural system projects. Supports engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field teams by compiling project documentation, resolving fit and constructability issues, and ensuring drawings meet company standards. The role ranges from entry-level training to experienced independent drafting, depending on SDS/2 proficiency, and may be onsite or remote.

Leads company safety programs and workplace inspections, investigates incidents, manages OSHA compliance, PPE, training, emergency procedures, and environmental permits. Independently audits structural steel fabrication processes against QMS procedures, AISC requirements, AWS, ASTM, RCSC, contracts, and customer standards. Establishes quality criteria, tracks nonconformances, drives corrective actions, maintains records, and supports certification audits and management reviews.
