Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for global employees, including pre-employment, right-to-work, reference, background, and education checks. Maintain compliance records, contracts, HR systems, onboarding trackers, and payroll coordination. Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, People Advisory, and other stakeholders; escalate risks and delays; support safeguarding assessments; deliver onboarding training; and identify process improvements.

Leads STEM academic delivery, staff management, curriculum development, quality assurance, university partnerships, and progression outcomes at an international study centre. The role oversees academic resources, recruitment, performance, compliance, data analysis, teaching, assessment, VLE maintenance, safeguarding, UKVI attendance requirements, and stakeholder relationships. The post-holder also deputises for the Director of Campus Operations and supports pathway development and student success.

Leads the Business academic department at an international study centre, managing academic staff, programme delivery, assessment, student progression, quality assurance, university partnerships, and module development. The role also contributes to strategic planning, student support, staff development, reporting, and compliance with academic standards and health and safety requirements.
