The Partner Sales Manager develops and executes sales plans, manages partner relationships, and drives initiatives to meet enrollment and profit goals.

Lead portfolio-wide brand marketing for Study Group across UK, Ireland and APAC. Develop differentiated product and destination propositions, go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, campaigns and sales enablement. Manage partner relationships, contribute to tenders and cross-functional projects, and mentor/line-manage marketing team members to drive student recruitment and partner success.

Manage a portfolio of partner agents to recruit students to Study Group's North American portfolio. Develop and execute account and pipeline plans, onboard and train agents, ensure SLA adherence, track KPIs, represent the organization at recruitment events, and monitor competitors.
