Manage a portfolio of partner agents to drive student enrolment and profitability. Develop and execute account and sales plans, recruit and onboard agents, run pipeline management, deliver product and process training, coordinate university partnerships and market visits, monitor competitors, and control budgets and scholarship allocations to meet KPIs.

Support Team Lead in day-to-day channel and agent operations, manage end-to-end agent onboarding and reactivation, assist execution of partner and registration programs, ensure compliance, identify process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to boost operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
