Develop and execute regional sales strategies across TX/OK/AR/LA, build customer and distributor relationships, identify new business, provide product demos and technical support, negotiate contracts, track forecasts and performance, collaborate with marketing, attend industry events, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies covering procurement, inventory, demand forecasting, transportation, and international logistics. Manage supplier and carrier relationships, monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, implement process improvements and supply chain technologies, and present performance reports to senior management.

Provide administrative and operational sales support: enter orders into NetSuite, assist outside sales reps with quoting and documentation, respond to customer inquiries, route leads, maintain SharePoint records, and coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
